Book Review : Muppit Boy and the Allergies of Evil

Title - Muppit Boy and the Allergies of Evil
Author - Michael J. Bowler
Rating - 5/5

Muppit Boy and the Allergies of Evil is the kind of book that makes readers forget they’re reading. The readers will feel as if they are simply inside the story. The voice is engaging, the humor lands perfectly, and the mystery keeps me turning pages until the end.

Mo’s vulnerability makes him an especially strong protagonist. His embarrassment and self-doubt are never played for cheap laughs, which makes his bravery and determination feel even more powerful.

The supporting characters shine, particularly Kash, whose intelligence and confidence provide an excellent counterbalance to Mo’s insecurity. Together, the trio feels unstoppable.
This novel is a wonderful mix of fun and substance. It’s easy to read, hard to put down, and leaves a lasting impression long after the final page.

Thanks for reading.
