Book Review : The Founder's Treadmill The Founder’s Treadmill is one of the more practical and honest books I’ve read about entrepreneurship. David Grau Sr. focuses on the hidden reality many founders experience: becoming overwhelmed by the very businesses they built. The book does a great job of identifying the habits and operational mistakes that keep entrepreneurs stuck, while also offering realistic ways to create structure, delegation, and long-term stability. I particularly enjoyed how organized and easy to follow the content was. The self-assessments, operational checkpoints, and reflective exercises encouraged me to think critically about how businesses function behind the scenes. The sections discussing leadership, systems, delegation, and decision-making authority were especially insightful because they highlighted problems many founders ignore until they become overwhelming.
